hi..so here they would reduce your experience to half..so you would salary in a band where 2.5 years experience people get..like I had 10 years of experience and then they halfed it so I was having 5 years of experience which comes under the highest band ..I hope you got my point 👍

How many exp do we need to get this amount of salary in uk?

Minimum 4 years..so if you have 8 years in India the NhS would half it and you get 4 years so you would be paid the band 5 highest salary
