Oh my goodness, Tom, I have been looking up recipes to go with udon. I love them. I want something different. I never thought of peanut sauce. Ha! Also, I am too lazy to go through too much trouble for lunch. Well, no, I am too busy and skip lunch. Baby is such a precious little one. So calm and shy....and hungry. What a lovely place to be and to have wild friends come by as well. I hope the Blue Jay family had babies this year and that these little ones did not get hurt like last year. I am surprised that you do not have more Blu Jays. They usually all hang out together. Thank you both for the video..and recipe. Be well and take care

Years ago I had a little black poodle - his specialty was opening/eating the pistachios that we couldn’t open. He’d give it one chomp with his back teeth, spit out the shell and eat the nut! ❤
