Me and my sister use to walk a half hour each way in the 80's. Our school (back then) didn't have school buses for daily transport other than for "away" ball games or field trips. The only time my mom got dressed to take us is when it was pouring down rain. Light rain or snow, we were on our own. We were a lot skinnier and in better shape back then because of it though. LOL

I've known a family with interests in the occult. Mother was a self proclaimed witch and father a self proclaimed atheist. They also supposedly lived in a haunted house at one time. The father died of natural causes and so did the mother a few yrs later. My point is that, though most people don't believe in this stuff nobody knows what can happen when such people fool around with Oujia boards and Satanic bibles. The activity near the truck that day sounds to me like they were in a trance of some sort and it's possible the family was not in their right mind that day and that the mother may have killed the husband thèn the daughter then herself.

I had suggested did she buy liquor at her stop for snacks
Or is there a body of water near her home
Or was it raining when she left the store
    All that does not work
Who ever it was she knew them
Or she thought she knew the car
When she got close enough to them it was to late to get back to her house and call the cops
So her sliding glass door had been opened for hours everything just as she left it
Sadly this abductor knew her pattern and lied in wait
This person possibly knew she was leaving the post office for retirement too
She was 66 years at the time of her abduction
    20 years ago
She may have passed by now if she is still alive

No sympathy in the first case of a drunk 19 year old driving. Family said she was responsible but it doesn’t show here. I’d respect it more when they say the truth about a victim instead of making it seem as if they were a saint. When I saw this case on ID they made sure they didn’t mention that she was drunk.

The only thing that bothers me about true crime is the overblown sympathy for victims that put themselves into situations that could be avoided, or sympathy for victums that are ignorant themselves. I cant set aside a persons actions/responsibilities because they were killed/disappeared. Example: Prisma Reyes. So many cases like that. This reply will come off ignorant.
