She has veryyy long torso and on top of that it’s very small so when the top is super long and her skirt is supposedly supposed to be looking high waisted but her waist so long that it looks oddly not high waisted. It looks stretched which is why some ppl find it awkward. The outfit itself is not bad. Rosé is another example of long torso body type which is why their stylist makes her wear super high waisted skirks while the skirt appears really short to make her legs look longer.

It’s funny what other’s see in style because I actually like all the ‘worst’ outfits😅. The worst ones are different, it sets you apart from everyone. All the styles that were considered ‘best’ are regular outfits I see on a daily basis.
