I hated this racquet but my kids loved it and have now moved over from a Babolat Pure Aero Team and are destroying the opposition, Biggest difference Ive seen is precision is serve and depth and precision on the double backhand.
Hi Sam all of you seem to love this racket!!l love the Clash!! So can you be honest!! What do you all love more! This or the clash? Ask Jeanie and Chris!! Thanks.
The Blade 98 18x20 is for a seasoned player who competes regularly at a high level. I loved playing with the Blade 98 18x20, but the Clash is a better fit for my current, aging, game style :). -Sam
We playtested this racquet with LXN Alu Power in the mains at 52 lbs and Wilson Sensation in the crosses at 55 lbs which felt pretty good. I think any polyester you string this racquet with should be on the lower side 45-50 lbs range. - Chris VB
With the v7 blades, it comes down to how much spin you want to create. If you like to hit a flatter shot, that gets through the court, I would go with the 18x20. If you want a little more help with height and clearance over the net, go with the 16x19. I felt lower tensions (high 40s with polyester, mid 50s with multifilament) excelled in these frames. -Sam
Hello, tennis express how do you compare this to Head Gravity Pro?

Hi, I would like to purchase a couple of the new 2020 Serena Williams Blade Autograph rackets and wanted to know when it will be released?

@@tennisexpress which one you think is a best overall racquet?
wich strings are used for this playtest and wich strings would you recommend?
How is possible technically that 18x20 blade has bigger swing weight then 16x19 being the same static weight ?
well, the extra strings increase the swing weight very slightly. -Sam
18x20 is more head heavy i believe
btw which camera do u use for the play test?
What's better, 16x19 or 18x20?
