Savage and Doctor spent months together on his travel around parts of Terra after his awakening. They took care of Amiya together and Doctor even calls her by her real name, Charlotte. Also Savage is always rewarded to us every anniversary leading some to theorize that she and Doctor might be more intimate than expected.
