Normally, if you've previously signed in to the device using your Microsoft Account, it should automatically appear in the list displayed at account.microsoft.com/devices. If your device is not shown here, it's likely that the BitLocker recovery key was not saved to your Microsoft Account.
The method 2 shows how to do it without BitLocker Keys. After retrieve BitLocker Password with method 2, you can use this password to unlock your BitLocker drive directly. However, it only works for Fixed Data Drive, and you must have set a BitLocker password before.
After trying various methods from RUclips, finally this method worked for me. 😍
