I would be careful with disabling some features, some are needed in order to operate windows correctly and smoothly. The changes done within the normal settings app are fine and will not cause any harm.
There is no harm in disabling most of the settings, Some may throttle your hardware much to cause crashes. For those scenarios you create a restore point so you can revert it safely. Hope that helps.

It run smoother and I saw over 50 fps extra with the settings.
When I want to download the fps pack it shows me a black page and a text says ( 0x49013). What is that mean? I can't download the pack
