Dainese, please use Stretch GORE-TEX on your ADV Jackets 🧥 & Pants 👖. Also, the pants need a Higher Stretchy Neoprene Waistband w/more Robust Redundant Closures along with a Large Stretchy ↔️ Spandex Gusseted Crotch for more range-of-motion and overall crotch and seat comfort!
I have these pants, coupled with the D-Stormer jacket (zips match up perfectly). As a user, I'd recommend anyone considering buying these to also get the Dainese trouser braces. They're super comfortable, transferring the weight to your shoulders, and they work well no matter if the jacket and trousers are zipped together or not.
Dainese, please Design and upgrade the matching Pants 👖! Need more room in the crotch, add a large Stretchy ↔️ Gusseted Crotch. Neoprene Waistband w/optional Suspenders, 3-Button Stronger Closure.
Correct. We can only provide free shipping within the Contiguous United States. We do ship to the UK, and shipping cost depends on size, weight, and value. myusername8731 I recommend 48s if you like your pants to have a regular to slightly relaxed fit and 46s if you like them to have a tailored / slim fit. -Hi-Viz Brian
Hi, would this fit my Stream Line jacket? I have Tempest pants with it currently but there is no elastification in the Tempest and it is pulling too much on the back of the jacket when zipped together. Also is it pulling around my knee too but it is one size too wide on the hips. I was looking at these pants because I want 4 seasons out of one pair of pants. If this is a no go with the Stream Line, I would consider replacing my jacket too. My ride is a Hypermotard 939. Thanks.
Yes, these will physically zip to your jacket, and it's possible they'll provide a bit more room in the back for stretch. However, everyone is different in height, so you won't know until you try them on at home. -DrewZilla *www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/dainese-d-explorer-gore-tex-pants
if you open the pants on the front side because of the hot weather how is it if you have a crash?sorry because of my bad english...greetings from austria!
What about the abrasion protection on this pants?!?! Will they sustain well a tarmac slide?!? Are they 600D/500D or any other different than those?!? Thank you!! :)
Yes, the abrasion resistance is high enough for a tarmac slide. Dainese does not provide denier for their fabrics, but their Mugello fabric is quite good in our experience. -DrewZilla
hi, i am thinking of purchasing this pants for 4 season driving. I drive a fj-09, i am more on sport commuting category. does this has a relaxed fit or can it be more slim based? otherwise my other option to purchase for summer and winter 2 different pants, the summer will be new drake. for sport-track use i have a race suit so now I am looking for a road sport-commuting pants to combine with my dainese tundra (winter) and super speed textile (summer).
With both the waterproof and thermal liners in, the pants have a nice slim fit. Even with the liners out, the pants are still relatively slim. I think you could get away with using the D-Explorer Pants year-round, but they will fit looser in the summer compared to your Super Speed Textile. -DrewZilla
Hi, did you end up going with the D-explorer pants to your Super Speed? I am trying to get htese pants with my Stream Line Jacket which fits very similar to your jacket. Hows it feel with the D-explorer? Is the look OK? Thanks
Yes, they are worn like normal pants. However, keep in mind that they have removable waterproof and thermal liners, so that affects the fit a bit depending on whether you have the liners installed or removed. -DrewZilla
It really depends on your waist and hip measurements. The size chart on the product page linked below is pretty accurate. Click _View Size Chart_ next to the size selector. You're probably around a 48 or 50. -DrewZilla *www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/dainese-d-explorer-gore-tex-pants
The D-Explorer Pants offer a bit more ventilation, but the Durban Pants offer leather reinforcement up the inside of the legs for greater durability. I recommend you decide based on whether you prefer increased ventilation or slightly increased durability. -DrewZilla

How can i adjust the interior protector please?

Thank you Brian! I'll go then with 46s,for safety reasons.

Even with the mesh panels exposed for ventilation, you still get good abrasion resistance (protection) in a crash. -DrewZilla

Can you replace the knee armour with D30 knee inserts you sell, or is the retaining pocket in the pants shaped too different?
No, you cannot replace the armor with D3O. Dainese's armor is much bigger, so there's no way to keep any D3O in place at the knees. -DrewZilla
Opinion on using these for sport + street riding instead of adv/off road. A ride a Hypermotard, am I nuts for wanting these to ride that bike?
There's enough flexibility in these pants that they'll work just fine for the Hypermotard. Go for it! -DrewZilla
