Yes you can make it. Need very less ingredients in small quantity. Better you can buy "Puliyogare power" or " Puliyogare paste" packet from Indian grocery instead of preparing your own. Cook rice separately. Prepare tempering as instructed below, to that add store-bought masala. Mix well with cooked rice. Garnish with cilantro and lemon. Very easy step. Tempering- Heat oil, add mustard, jeera, black gram, red chilli, peanuts, curry leaves. You can skip some of the ingredients if you didn't find. OR If you want to do in a simple way:- Heat oil add 1-2 tsp masala powder, saute at low heat for 1 minute. Add cooked rice. Garnish with cilantro and lemon.

2spoon danya ,3 red chilli, 10 fenugreek, 10 pepper,1/2 spoon jeera,2 spoon poppy seeds, 1 spoon black poppy seeds, kobbari powder dry roast it and grind it...
Seasoning oil, channa dal,urad dal,curry leaves red chilli, fry it..add tamarind extract heat in slow flame,add powder heat in slow flame...and mix with rice...

I tried your recipe, regarding the storage, if I grind sesame with the rest of the ingredients, for how long can I store this?
For a week you can store. Or if you add good amount of oil storage will be extented
Once you try this rice with gingerly oil .taste will be amazing.
