So with the season now at an end and episodes not coming out until 1/13, we are now gonna predict if the tv guy will make his next move or what he might have in store. Personally, Season 13 has been his biggest one yet and an overall improvement over last year (doing some changes to the WOTFI formula, not relying on Mario being picked on by the others like some Family Guy gag, and having more puzzle types stories than arcs) that I can't wait to see what 2024 will be like. I do hope we see characters like Kaizo or Karen get some spotlight or maybe see some other classic remasters In regards to some forgotten plot threads, I think we'll see Peach make a reappearance and you might be right that she's behind that closed door. Although I'd wonder how they would even get her in the door since she's now a feral beast. Just looking at the boarded up door told me there was something sinister about the hidden room and that it'll have some importance later on. As for Puzzlevision, he's my favorite villain so far. Even though we still know little about him, I love how unlike the previous arc villains, he rarely does any evil plans and instead chooses to manipulate people to carry out his plans. I even think puzzlevision might be more of a challenge since he's a complete outside context problem for the crew and uses that to his advantage by keeping his presence a secret from them.
I think this year has been much better than season 12 as the good episodes definitely outweigh the bad ones compared to season 12. I love how the series doesn't rely on Mario gets picked on for no reason (seriously season 12 milked that gag so much) and I love how they are doing something different from the usual arc. Random, but in terms of Nintendo stuff, I don't think SMG4 is necessarily purging all Nintendo elements. If he were, then he'd probably redesign Mario and Luigi right away. I think as of now, he's wanting to focus on more original stories than relying on existing characters. I do like the fact that he's showing how he doesn't need to rely on existing properties to be successful because not everything has to use existing stuff to be good.
@@benbarnett5743 Yeah it was no doubt probably one of the best years of the SMG4 channel with the new Puzzlevision story, a new castle, improved redesigns, some lost plot points being addressed, some side characters getting much needed screen time and three banger movies. Karen does get some good screentime however I do agree Kaizo needs more screentime bad. Peach will no doubt be back as for my prediction of how they get her into the room I think SMG4 knocked her out and took her to his castle to that room. I'm predicting the room is an underground lab. but yeah since it's boarded up SMG4 is trying to keep whoever is in there in the room. I can see Puzzlevision topping Zero as my favorite villain of SMG4's rogue's gallery if the rest of his story plays well. If SMG4 did have to stop using Nintendo characters I honestly could see a scenario where The SMG4 Crew get sent into a new universe while Mario is forced to remain in his or goes back to being his old self and lose his memories of the crew. I think Peach will get brought back to normal but I think her relationship with the SMG4 Crew will be severed due to the destruction of her castle.
