I think it's really awesome how Sapphire and Ruby refer to Garnet as her own person from the very beginning.
Actually they don't. They thought of the fusion thing a bit before it was revealed.

@@moqtada5370 i made a research on google and like i thought garnet is the first gem known as two different gems fusing. İn the episode of "The Answer" in the homeworld all gems including blue diamond (which guessed as one of the oldest gem with diamonds) didnt know that two different gem can fuse and sapphire rescued ruby from shattering. Then they intended to fuse and found the crystal gems.

I know virtually nothing about Steven Universe and I've only heard a little of its music unremixed but I every time you upload something from it, it's the bomb diggity. this is an amazing combination of groove and emotion
You should watch the show.
if you do end up watching the show, please don't judge it from the first few episodes! the animation and plot get much better later on. the first few episodes are nice, light and humorous, but prepare for feels later on!

Hmmmm... The song is okay but I feel like these two girls are more dueling with each other than trying to sing together.
Like the girl who is singing Ruby this may be out of her range slightly, you can really hear her stressing to make her voice deeper. It does seem like a big waste not to put their combined 'Hmmmmmmm" at 1:50-1:51 though, I think that would've really made the song explode.
