Use Comply Foams or (alike memory foam tips) and they won't fall out of your ears anymore. You get even more bass then but that might be a downside in this case.
I don't have these Lesooms but it's either T100 or T200. All 8 different sets fit one of these. So I advise you to buy a few of both. The cheam chinese imitations are fairly good as long as you buy the ones with a core of a firmer material like the Colpli Foams have. There's a lot of choice on eBay and AliExpress.
I just got them and the bass is thumping deep and get really loud ,get about 3-4 hours at full volume just bring it down a touch and get close to 6 hours and fast charge in 1hour 30 all for £18 amazing

Nice review! How loud do these go? I've tried the jabra sport elite and the Bragi headphone. The jabra gets pretty loud and fits like a charm. But the buttons are hard/uncomfortable to press. The bragi has a great/easy fit and the buttons are much more easy to press compared to the jabra's. The sound is OK but doesn't get loud enough especially when you're working out.

They do actually! Only downside and it seems to be normal with a lot of these type of earbuds but there is a slight delay between audio and video. You won't notice at all if you just listening to music or talking on the phone though :D

I love being able to just grab one of these in the moment while I'm on the phone and the size of them. I do use them more often then the MPOWs but these do have a slight delay in sound. It does get a little annoying if you trying to watch something because the audio to video seem a little out of sync. They are way easier to throw them in your pocket. The MPOWs are pretty good for music, watching videos and they are better built for the active lifestyle. Plus they're cheaper. It's all a matter of what suits your lifestyle and how you plan to use them.

I think it really depends on how they fit for your ears. Someone suggested getting Comply Foams. They look like they would help. You should just turn one on at a time, they should pair to eachother. You can try turning them both off, turn one on, than hold the button down on the second one. I hope this helps :)
