You are much more accurate than the local network weather people. I rarely watch anyone else but you. And you give us extended forecasts which I really appreciate so I can watch more carefully closer to any plans we have.
As a science teacher, I absolutely love seeing the weather models and appreciate your explanations! I reference your channel when I teach my students about scientific models and communication. :)

Not very windy in Kalaloch WA. But heavy rain. BIG Spruce was down 9 miles past Lake Quinault Lodge on the South Shore Rd, so had to turn around.

It's raining here in north Vancouver BC and the manholes are bubbling and dancing with massive puddles and road rivers, im basically at the bottom of grouse mountain so it's all uphill from my place . Love your channel .

Just a reminder it’s still early fall, first rains and even slightly breezy is dangerous. Just had a tree take a life at our local golf course in the North Oregon coast…. saturated soil, and lots of leaves in the trees …. So if outside Storm chasing or other outdoor activity

Out here on the NOLYPEN is refered to as a "sht-storm good time to go hunt'n". 24+hrs. without pwr, sure makes , the days short and nights looong this time of year!
Well, isn't Vancouver getting the rain now! It pelted all night and all of today, and is still doing cats and dogs. Puddles everywhere. I don't know about flooding - friends in the Valley in Haney are experiencing a lot of rain and there is a threat of flooding. Hopefully this will ebb soon to a mild roar. It is doubtless that the forests are loving this, however, and whatever is left of the fires that raged this summer (those hidden and persistent cinders) will be doused and the water tables might be restored to normal levels. Hope you're safe with the winds and the coming rains. What an October, eh?😳
