New ROG Ally should come with a 60w battery, a more efficient chip and we’ll be golden! I think 24gb ram would be best, so 8gigs for the GPU at 1080p is decent, and the system gets another 16.
Yeah we won’t see that. My guess is that the only thing that will change is that we will get an Oled screen. Maybe a bigger battery. Any other major improvements will be reserved for Ally 2 in 2026.
@@zipskay7281 linustech described its a laptop processor so it won’t work well with 8-10w tdp. On the other hand steam made their own processor for steamdeck with amd.. either amd or ASUS has to fix this 10w gaming. I guess we have to uninstall windows and use steamos!!!
agree, simply not feasible (and he is not providing any proof of the results). On MGS5 it is feasible to reach around 3h, 3.5h by disabling any other function of the ally, no more.
Is it just me or does low setting look good on this form factor!!!!! if I want crisp Ill play it on my 1440p monitor or my 65 inch LG cx otherwise this is mobile on a 7 inch screen and its still amazing.
This video would have been mush better if u actually showed us new users how to acess these features to make the right adjustments so I give this video 3 thumbs down

Hard to do those specs for a reasonable price that’s probably going to be a good bit more than a steam deck

Exactly like rog ally x with 80w battery
Right prediction
what about turning off gamepad vibration?
Bro i followed all ur videos but not a single (10yr old game ) bring me 3hr battery. Even gta 5 ask me minimum 15w for 45fps
Yeah same idk what I’m doing wrong bro got magic
Same here even playing american arcadia in silent mode my fps can drop to 11 fps. Yes the battery life is improve but the game becomes unplayable.

@@Avoletta-qs6nf yes but fact is rog ally stutters at 8-10w for all games since it’s a laptop processor so it s power hungry
I’m guessing you turned off the RGB lights and turned the volume down a lot
Do you switch off memory integrity?

Please do titanfall 2 it runs super well 720p silent mode with only a few frame drops in the campaign
Very nice video.
I suggest turning on Radeon Chill too and set it to 48-60 fps to stay in the FreeSync Range but not go higher than 60fps to save power.
How much elden ring will you get?
