I like how he lives in a simple place.. not too big and luxurious.
Lia Yeah the place itself is very neat and simple but if you know a bit about the housing market in Korea then you can easily see that it's a very pricy and luxurious apartment which no normal person his age would be able to afford with just saving money for a few years
trust me...I have Korean friends way older than me and way older than this person Chansung who still can't afford their own office tell, even less a small apartment (in korean standards) like him^ due to their "slave work" at big companies in Korea...sigh...he and his members who've got their own places by now have worked to their bones just for each of their own small homes. I find that admirable considering their age.
I wouldn't even say a peep if they would have gotten themselves bigger homes...bigger house doesn't equal luxury to me...more like a dream coming true...when you actually get to have your own. Thought it's the harsh fact in life that in the korean housing market it sure is a luxury...
sigh...I hope Korea somehow takes a better turn in terms of it's crazy high prized houses. sorry if my comment got too long xD...kinda got excited thinking/explaining/commenting whatever you want to call it ~~ lol :3
Heady Fortuna so truee!! i have one korean friend he prefer to live with their family if their come for a bit wealthy family that have better house and quite big..especially when their still single..even he already have stability in job and saving..ya ..thats why in korea anyone who had lot of land properties can be call as very rich person .. because land properties in korea is expensive..maybe due to their massive development..quite similar like in HongKong
miss flower WORD! you said it dear! only because of the high prized market they have I'm postponing my moving for a bit more to save up enough for me to have a neat place like him...thought not that luxury xD... T^T

They don't really have sasaeng fans following them around ( some sasaengs said they actually scared to follow them because they will asked them off and didn't treat them nicely)
They could enjoy being on stage, doesn't look exhausted all the time but being all happy when performing and they also have lots friends from other companies idols ( JYP's idols are really friendly according to many idols) They also have tons of fans and get lots of money in a young age. That's shows why many idols auditioned at JYP.
