I'm a sweet wine drinker myself and have a very limited taste for reds but do love Pinot Noir. I go through stages with wine drinking so one of these boxes would probably last me all year, lol I love when your hubby pops in. You're so cute together!

I don’t drink enough wine for this, but it looks like a great box and a lot of fun to try new wines and rate them

I love the Rising Tale label! Very pretty.
I love the idea of this! The prices are very reasonable. I love that the wines are unique and made from different grapes. It can be a bummer when you really like one and can't get more though. But the plus side of all that is you don't have to try to remember what wine it was that you liked! It's so cool how you can rate your wines and get others similar to what you like. I also really like that you can see the average ratings of the wines and prices on the app too. This would be such a fun gift for the wine lover in your life too! And having your wine delivered is such a convenience.
I’ll have to try this one once my inventory gets a little lower from the last wine subscription I tried! Definitely love red over white, and not a sweet wine drinker.
I am definitely going to try this, and I do not like real sweet wines either, but I love me a cold glass of Gewurztraminer, it is my summer go to wine!

My faves are Italian reds. I like bold flavors and a juicy wine, nothing too dry. Wine bottle tip: you don’t always need a foil cutter, on a lot of bottles the foil is just loose enough that you can just pull the entire thing off in one piece.

I think my taste runs opposite to yours as I like the sweet wines. I didn't have much luck with wine sub boxes as I had the same thing happen that you did but I tend to get mostly wines that are not my taste. Fun watching your unboxing though! I hope you all enjoy them!!

So as a Cali Girl and self-proclaimed wine snob, I will tell you: "Never judge a wine by a label," except when you do NOT know the winery at all, and the label looks really cool--so at least you know they dumped marketing money into the label. That said, you do have a couple of wines here that are worth the cool label price and are actually good wines. I won't persuade you in any way...but if you hate them all, just remember, "the best wine is the wine that YOU like the best!" CHEERS!
