It will come once you decide enough is enough. Just 2 weeks ago, I was so sad and sad, lol. I decided I needed to create a life I am happy with, and teach myself to be happy with myself. I started going for a run in the morning, blocking time to do my work and study. I have realized that the source of my unhappiness was because I placed my life's meaning on other people's hands, their response, and attention to me. Without that, then my life would feel empty, however, I came to know that it's impossible for me to maintain a state of joy (not happiness) because other people also have their lives to lead. Now, I am doing much, much better. Taking great care of myself, and more focused. Good luck, I hope your 'enough is enough' moment comes soon too.
