But seeing Friday Night Funkin’ do a spin-off mod for Flippy and then seeing wonderful animators like Kiffy do a twist on it makes me remember those times.

Now I'm not much of a fan of gore, but I think what makes htf interesting is the idea of these cute creatures living lives where they are killed and then revived constantly.
How much their lives have been impacted by this "curse" and how they cope with it. It's interesting to think about.
