Protesilaus means in Greek "first of the army". When Alexander the Great started his campaign, he visited Troy, and paid honor to Protesilaus's tomb.

It wasn't civil back then Greece wasn't united instead there were different kingdoms like Athens Thrace Sparta etc they united much later to fend off persians and yet they weren't called Greece (helas) land of light anyway Greece happen much later however the 12 islands in Greece became part of Greece after our independence from ottomans so basically troy war wasn't civil! For example if Greece fights Cyprus it won't be civil war cause we both speak same language cause Cyprus is considered an autonomous and separated "country"
