I suffer from insomia and watching you puts me to sleep so very gently, not like a pill with side effects but a soothing calming sleep.
Dear Shannon, thank you for your comment and for your trust. ASMR is still a new concept and we don't really know what it is. But you can think of it as a type of mediation or mindfulness. You are really improving your AMSR skills with each video. In the next video, it would be great if you can use more snap hair clips on the model's hair while using the same black hair elastic (with the jewels) that you used in the previous video.
