I love it when someone actually admits liking the Seiko mecha-quartz. It is a bullet proof workhorse that is incredibly accurate. The VK 63/64s I've owned are less than five seconds off after 90 days. My Ronda quartz-powered swiss watch is very accurate too, but no better than the VKs. In fact, my Pagani Breitling homage chronograph is just as accurate--probably more accurate--than my Bulova Precisionist. Every VK chronograph I have would easily pass COSC quartz certification.
Excellent review! I have this one. It is terrific. The bracelet is perfect. Liquid. Supple. So comfortable. When i ordered this watch i expected to replace the bracelet with a leather strap. No hurry now. The only things that i would suggest as improvemets would a change to the color of the subdial hands to improve contrast/legibility. Black would be nice. The seconds hand also would benefit from better visibity. Maybe all yellow.
I really enjoy your channel. So many people seem to look down on Pagani Design watches. But I just ignore those snobs, and really appreciate your honest reviews of the watches themselves. Today, in fact, I am wearing one of my favourite Pagani Design watches: PD-1679, which is a homage to the Planet Ocean. I have owned it for a couple of years, and absolutely love it.
I totally agree with you on the good quartz vs cheap mechanical thing. I just want the watch to be accurate because I do use it for date/time, and I would much rather they spent all the time/money/effort on the exterior quality (materials and design) of the watch. It seems like that is exactly Pagani's approach.
Bought this in black dial on brown leather tonight for $49 on AE. This is my 3rd PD watch. The other 2 have been great, I have the same one you’re wearing with bracelet and another with rubber strap.
I love Paganis….. After spending thousands on watches the only two watches that broke on me were a Rolex and my Meistersinger. I’m buying Paganis almost daily now. Yum yum 😅😅😅😅
It's nice to own my mechanical Omega Speedmaster. I keep it in the closed, and I wear my PD1701 daily...hehe. Cuz it has never let me down until now, spot on accurate, I do not need to wind it, it doesn't need a yearly expensive maintenance, and I'm not that scared to damage it. Another daily wearer is my Seitona. Same story. Oh, and about this one: nice watch, but I just don't like the pushers. Nope.
Always go with bracelet if it exists. Straps are a dime a dozen and the stock strap these chinese watches come with are often terrible Edit: I learned this lesson the hard way 😂
Disagree. Unless one runs around a lot without a phone. Once i’m reminded of the date at the start of the day, I’m good at retaining that. Generally date windows detract from the design of the watch. There are exceptions when the dial window is well designed and executed.

I really like the Pagani, I have 9 models and I have nothing to complain about, I'm even using a pd1693 with an orange silicone strap.

You have a splendid voice for a watch reviewer.

@@stableianF1oracle Hahaha I'm a pagani fan too

Watch looks ice, is well made using good materials, well finished, use good mechanism and price is OK.
It's a cracker for the price!
Hello there! What's the size from lug to lug? I have a kinda small wrist so anything over 45mm (from lug to lug) is just too big
Watch my full review soon
Just under 46mm.
Prefer the pd1775….. smaller @ 37mm.jubilee bracelet & I prefer the pushers on the 1775
I'm considering getting this watch, but I'm not sure which colour to go with.
And whether I should go with a metal or leather strap.
I'd get it on bracelet and buy a band separately if you so desire. It feels great on bracelet. Colour is purely subjective. I like the blue

Vs Pagani PD 1701 Moonwatch???
Bulova lunar pilot
No date is the killer for me. All watches should have a date function.
@@Tomaso-TheGreat not a deal breaker for me but I get your point. Sometimes prefer cleaner looks

the review is good, the watch is beyond critic ....
You can regulate NH35 very easily
6:54 why wouldn't you mention the watch that this one homages? Frankly that's weird behavior.

@@ATIWatchReviews Ok, I understand. Thank you.
