I've been a ceiling fan FANatic since my earliest memories of the late 1970s, when I was just a little kid, but by the mid-late 1980s, I was absolutely OBSESSED!! Needless to say, I am very envious of your AWESOME ceiling fan collection!!! I saw a few Hunter Originals there, and I must say that those are my absolute favorite...particularly the pre-1984, 4-blade models with either Adapt-Air or Reverse-Air, which I have ALWAYS favored over a reversible motor. In the 1980s, when we still had "Sizzler Family Restaurant"/"Sizzler Steakhouse" in Illinois, the location in my neighborhood had 4 Originals w/ Reverse-Air (and they were always set to "updraft" -even in the summer), that were cocoa brown w/ bright brass faceplate on the motor housing, and bright brass 4-arm light kits, with "ribbed glass" bell shades... Sadly they closed this location, and another similar-style location a couple miles away, in the summer of 1990. After that, it was about 7 or 8 months until my dad and I discovered a few remaining locations with a different style building, but they still had 4-blade, white & bright brass Hunter ceiling fans from the late 1980s/early 1990s. They were not "Originals" (at least not by '91), and I don't recall the name of the model, but I have 2 of my own in storage, but mine are wood/antique brass. When you switch it all off but put on the “house lights” for the spin downs, that is when it shows the difference between a collector and an entrepreneur. Shit that’s good. 🤠
Here’s an idea , you could move the eastview to where the yur is, I don’t know if that would be too busy though. In place of the eastview, you could do the orchid or something different
There was a caged ceiling fan near the stairway? It had 3 circular bars with a light on the outside of the middle but inside the cage? Can you help us identify this one? Thanks Roger
The one directly in front of the stairwell is the Weave fandelier from Maxim Lighting. This exact version has been discontinued, however it has been reintroduced under their new Fandelight series and it's basically the same thing with different blades and WiFi compatibility. The other fandeliers beyond that are from Kichler.
My Nan thinks I have too many fans wrong there’s always someone with an incredible collection 😂❤️
