I love the rain, it adds so much more depth to the game in my opinion, being able to sneak up on people cause they can't hear, or the heavy rain starts in the middle of a team fight and you use it to flank around or relocate, or just leave during it because visibility is lowered . I've had many games where it has helped me and some that it has screwed me over. Now i will tell you that i haven't heard anyone say nice things about the Ashen Blight weather effect, my most hated one. So many floating particles that look like enemies sometimes, and the random footstep sounds everywhere, ugh.
