Thats an awesome price for bones! I can’t get them around here anymore without the cost being outrageous so I buy organic stock 🤷♀️and back in the 80s my Father in Law owned a Beef stand at the The West Side Market and they use to give away the bones and suet .

I have a question about the bread. Can one use bread flour or whole wheat flour in place of the fresh milled flour? Would the texture be too far off to even consider it? I don’t have a place to store wheat berries in this Louisiana heat and humidity and no basement, nor do I have local access to them. Not even sure if we have an Azure Standard pickup anywhere near.

Head is finally better! I had a huge lump and a bruise! My freezer is like a twilight zone - lol!
