I disagree. There’s more than some dirt on the streets. There’s huge piles of dirt and debris on every corner. Some businesses might not come back from this because of the severity of the water damage. Some of the businesses and homeowners that had severe flooding will be will be cleaning mud out of their offices and homes for weeks.
