you know what makes iKON unique? They never change their style to adapt with the demands of the "standards" of kpop scene, but they are dynamic. Dynamic in a sense that they continue to learn and that they are different for a reason, they always use it to their own advantage and you just see their growth in every stage. iKON is the print, iKON is the concept itself.
I might be wrong but iKON not lowering their standard is one of the reasons why other fandom (non-kd & kd fandom) drag them. To be honest, it's nice of iKON not to conform even if it's a competition, they're already great. It's up to people and those "experts" if they will still doubt iKON just because they're not like what they expected them to go.
This is a perfect example of staging, concept, props and outfit that is not cringeworthy. They utilised the concept to compliment their performance and not the other way around. They still gave us their identity which is iKON and not just be lost by whatever concept they are trying to portray. As always TASTEFUL. Just a whole other league. Well done iKON!!!

this is my favourite kingdom performance of ikon (followed by at ease). aside from the good quality remix and the addictive choreography, i also really like the vibe the props give off. it feels like im actually watching a movie, and a really good one on top of that. very well done ikon❤️

When I watched the Reborn episode for the first time, iKON's "Inception" didn't make a great impression on me. You could say I was overwhelmed and stunned by the amount of props used by other groups to see that the props were not the most important thing. When I watched all the performances again, I noticed that I come back to iKON most of the time. Because their performance was just awesome without all the props. The sound is clear, the choreography is simple but effective, rap and vocals - first class, the chorus is addictive. You don't need a long introduction and breaks to play with props to put on a great show. The YG artists are a different class.

I had mixed feelings about iKON, because although their songs are very good, somehow I didn't see them as BB's successors. Then there was this 'scandal' that was probably a planned action to 'destroy' both their team and YG. I thought that was the end of them, but they got up and keep fighting. I can see now that iKON has great potential and they only need to be promoted well, then they will achieve a lot. I'll keep my fingers crossed for them.

If you have a great song but a small fandom, it's very hard to stand out. And if you have a big fanbase, even a shi**y song will be a hit. But in K-Pop and K-Rock, straming is very important, unfortunately... :/ But I streamed iKON, BTOB and SF9 on Kindgom because I knew they would be poorly rated by the 'experts' and with these groups having little fandoms it would be hard for them to rank higher. All in all, it was only iKON that couldn't get a high mark despite great performances. Well, MN3T ... I also like 2PM and SJ, and I recommend FT Island - in my opinion one of the best and most underrated K-Rock bands.

When I watched the Reborn episode for the first time, iKON's "Inception" didn't make a great impression on me. You could say I was overwhelmed and stunned by the amount of props used by other groups to see that the props were not the most important thing. When I watched all the performances again, I noticed that I come back to iKON most of the time. Because their performance was just awesome without all the props. The sound is clear, the choreography is simple but effective, rap and vocals - first class, the chorus is addictive. You don't need a long introduction and breaks to play with props to put on a great show. The YG artists are a different class.

@@edna8080 I am a fan of many K-Pop and K-Rock bands, including Big Bang, which introduced me to K-Pop. I had mixed feelings about iKON, because although their songs are very good, somehow I didn't see them as BB's successors. Then there was this 'scandal' that was probably a planned action to 'destroy' both their team and YG. I thought that was the end of them, but they got up and keep fighting. I can see now that iKON has great potential and they only need to be promoted well, then they will achieve a lot. I'll keep my fingers crossed for them.

I never knew ikon existed until recently through why why WHY SONG song .. and somehow I have become a big fan of them.. I have never been so active supporting and streaming any group except for ikon..probably coz it has become a streaming era now..
@@edna8080 I'm not a fan of streaming - I find it silly and I don't like that it all depends on the size of the fandom and not the quality of the song. If you have a great song but a small fandom, it's very hard to stand out. And if you have a big fanbase, even a shi**y song will be a hit. But in K-Pop and K-Rock, straming is very important, unfortunately... :/ But I streamed iKON, BTOB and SF9 on Kindgom because I knew they would be poorly rated by the 'experts' and with these groups having little fandoms it would be hard for them to rank higher. All in all, it was only iKON that couldn't get a high mark despite great performances. Well, MN3T ... I also like 2PM and SJ, and I recommend FT Island - in my opinion one of the best and most underrated K-Rock bands.
