The architectural fluff and talk-a-tecture adds to the vocabulary for those who want to hear whatever the explanation of the architect's intentions. I stopped attending lectures of star-architects because 90% of them NEVER explained with vocabulary that ever came close to the end product. They just do whatever is "cool" to them. Noted. That glass electric beard shaver tower design attempts to push plane shifting, but it came out more static and not dynamic. And maybe the city couldn't afford Gehry or Mayne. I can appreciate the design, though.
