I'm glad i came across this video as i have a banshee spitfire with a similar shock placement and wasn't sure about mounting the battery underneath but I'm confident now it will work.
@@simonyallop1488 it should work …Looks like a slacked good bike for that purpose 👍🏻it needs a big fork to have enough travel in order to be comfortable and the wheel not to touch the battery…. 200mm double shoulder were too slacked for me , making the bike over-forked , not that briliant on turns, thus I came back to the 170mm normal fork . At mine I can not use its full travel, but I use 2/3 from it and I don’t need more…. It’s a 72v battery which is longer than the cased 52v one…( with the 52v I can use the full travel of the fork ) Good luck 👍🏻

I'm curious which settings you use. I have a Flipsky 75100 pro v2 but it seems very jerky. Keeps giving me an overcurrent fault. Could you share your .xml or give me some pointers on how to tune it properly? I'm also curious how you managed to get the PAS setup properly. Very nice build you have there dude.
Indeed it is a very clean build bike especially for a potent full suspension one with 72v down tube large pack battery ♥️ no silly wires there , and everything put in place clean and …with a lot of power on it🫶
Nope ! The swing arm is in perfect shape without any crack on it !😁 I just applied few very bad layers of paint on it, and I didn’t mind taking all the paint off…🫣 I just re-sprayed it and re-sprayed it😅
@@mowtown75 I know that’s how it looks, but….as I have said those were only bad paint layers… I have stripped the swing arm of paint, and on the next video you will be able to see the truth 👌😁
@@basildonads they were shimano 6010 170mm with offset, but I have changed them with a pair of non offset Bucklos 152mm as the Shimano ones were hitting the ground sometimes 👍🏻
@@minalobudeshte my rear brake it’s on the right side ( Europe style, as I am from eastern Europe ) …. I have it like this because for me it’s natural on whatever side it is ( meticulous fingers, and also thumb throttle, not twist one) , but it is also handy braking with the right and throttle it with the left in the same time …. I had it even on the right side when I did my first build, but….in time I found out that this works the best for me…😁 Try it once if you have the chance, and see if it suits you 👌
@381delirius when i have a throttle on a 2 wheels, I always think of riding a motorbike. That is why the first thing I do when buying mtb is to change the position of the breaks. On the right side, the front brake and on the left the rear. Same with the throttle. It is always on the right hand no matter twist or thumb. But hey..this is my problem. I have had twist throttle left and right sides ( but I don’t find it right when I go off road and I have to hold the handlebars tight without accidentally twisting the throttle, and also not my hand to get blocked on opened throttle ). I have had also the thumb throttle on the left and right sides , but for me….the spot on place for it is thumb on the left 🫣😁 My first thing when I have an UK bike, is to change the brakes ( rear on the right side ) 😅 I can not judge that, as everybody it’s used in different ways 👍🏻 Ride safe guys 🤗
BBSHD is 1000w nominal, with an external controller it can be pushed up to 5000w. Bosch/Shimano are all 250w and pedal assist only. Answer the question yourself 😅
@@arromanusI haven’t rode a torque sensor setup, but I doubt that I would like it, because…I am a lazy guy who wants just to fake pedal … All of you have experienced the stock controller and maximum an ASI BAC one, but Vesc in terms of pedalling is above the ones mentioned, and the feeling is a pure lovely dream as an e bike and compared with the stock and other aftermarket controllers 👌

I don’t need one, as I know almost well what is going on with the bike in the way I set it up 😁👍🏻 All the bike it’s connected in real time via Bt with the phone , and I can do whatever I want with it ….fully customisable 🫶

I had ( and still have in a bag ) 51T used on a 52v setup, and it was too much…not good , doesn’t get the speed needed, just spinning without much sense…FOR ME I had ( and still have )also 46T and even that is a bit too much for the 72v, but…. is more suitable for off roading 👍🏻 Each with own preferences , and styles😁

200mm double shoulder were too slacked for me , making the bike over-forked , not that briliant on turns, thus I came back to the 170mm normal fork .
At mine I can not use its full travel, but I use 2/3 from it and I don’t need more….
It’s a 72v battery which is longer than the cased 52v one…( with the 52v I can use the full travel of the fork )
