Currently use the deft pro, but nearly all of my elecoms have developed irritating double click issues on two buttons. I also have to use wax on them to make them smooth. Looks likes switching will be a good idea. thanks for the comparison

Do you still using Classic? Have you tried Adept?

Nice work. Have you noticed any tracking issues with the silver ball?

No issues whatsoever; worked wonderfully from the start. Ball isn't a perfect mirror, it's got a foggy opaque sheen to it

Also, on super close inspection of the Ball, I can see "freckles" in the grain of the steel. I suspect that's why I have such good tracking while still having such a sheeny surface finish.

@@leftharted1 Ok, that is good. We had a few issues with GameBall when we tested shiny balls. Again, nice work.

@@leftharted1 I ordered the same ball and it's incredibly reflective and doesn't track very well, unfortunately :(

@@Shaflugi I wonder if scuffing it up with sandpaper would help, definitely super curious myself :)

that surface finish on the Ploopy looks super smooth, what's the filament? and did you use a finishing process? any vapor chamber or sanding/sealing?

Just basic PLA. parts were sanded smooth, filled with bondo, and smoothed again before paint. Sealed it with some rattle-can clear. Real basic, nothing too fancy.
