Bitter gourd tokku is a sweet version of pickle, a replacement for pickle. Usually people dislike bitter gourd due to it's bitter taste. But if the dishes made perfectly, it obviously tastes good. Bitter gourd dishes require all the tastes like spice, sweet, sour and salt to be balanced. Intake of Bitter gourd is very healthy to our body. So hereby we present a tasty tokku by using bitter gourd, tamarind, jaggery and oil. Spices used are red chillies, hing, and methi seeds. It can be a perfect combination for hot white rice, dosa and chapathi.
