Well mine still has Chrysler stamp on both and I bought the pcv and Ccv valves but I forgot the damn rubber grommets so I may have to hold off on replacing them both unless it’s possible to take it out and save the grommet
@@whatsafollower ? There is only one PCV valve. So those plastic piece-s are only the breather valves right? The PCV valve has like an inner movement piece that click clacks when you shake it correct? I cannot fund my PCV valve for the life of me on my 2004 Jeep. Starting to think it doesn’t even have one. But all vehicles have a PCV valve dont they?
Yo I did the same thing … but I broke off the whole entire perimeter of the valve then I popped it inside the engine and pull it out at an angle. Easily just don’t drop shit inside yo
Please ….More more Wj videos. Your vids are really helpful.
I did the same thing today a few minutes ago. I still need to do the one in the back. Good video.
Did it basically the same way. Good video!
Really helpful man makes me want to plug your valve!
Heck yeah, brotha. You ever get caught in a Catfish hole on a Monday Morning?

Proud owner of 4.0l 6
The pvc valve is the same in both side or there are different size o part#?
Its different, but slightly. The one in the back has a smaller neck i believe.
When you buy the kit, It automatically comes with it
It’s best to pull the valve cover. No way to do it without dropping stuff inside your engine. Don’t cut corners trust me pull the valve cover!
I and others did it without. It's pretty easy
Where'd you buy the grommet from for this wj 4.0? So I can make sure I have the proper size one
I bought a whole kit from Amazon.
Had to make a special small tool ta pry it out with. gasket was to tough to use a common method for removal.
so where is the pcv valve? Arent those just breathers?
They are the plastic pieces shown in the video.
