Thanks again for a wonderful message. Finally after 40 years of being a Christian things are making sense. Of all the people I know, I am the only one that thinks this way, so teachers like you, Jill, let me know I am not alone. The narrow path can be a bit lonely and I'm so thankful for teachers like yourself that teach the Mystical path in a Biblical way.

I always sensed that truth didn’t need protecting or defending… it would prevail without our need of aggressive apologetics. Such put me off Christianity for a long time. It’s lovely being able to reconcile to it from a more universalist position and with insights from the eastern traditions… all fingers pointing at the moon. Thanks John - nice to know we’re not alone. 😊🙏❤️

I believe Christ talked of and experienced only one truth during his incarnation as Jesus. The iillusion of separateness. Every parable speaks of it. Imagine feeling the purest love for those who were about to crucify you. How do we truly get to ‘understand’ this? It’s getting deep Jill, it’s greatly appreciated. God Bless.

The thought struck me tonight.. what do the extremes that come our way do to inspire us? The thought of extremes in the times of Jesus, how in invokes/inspires the polar opposites in some. What effect does this have on society as a whole when these extreme polarities collide? Hypothetically,
It should push us forward if enough of an energy is created to experience a better way, the vision has a higher potential to become clear in those who begin to see it!! The birthing environment for a Christ consciousness to incubate..

@te7607 Yes, I think you are describing the 100th monkey effect. I think on the time of Jesus extremes and experience of polarity was less due to localised mindset. Social media gives us stimulus and information overload as well as begin an arena of propoganda and mental/emotional manipulation.

It makes total sense, and it's beautiful. I really enjoy seeing and hearing your train of thought unfold in the moment, Jill 💜
That piece of scripture from Paul is pretty mindblowing.. He really does describe the Christ as a universal power/energy, would you say? Christ consciousness.
Where many people may only focus on the incarnate Jesus Christ (human and Divine though he is), I feel many may not have an understanding or inkling of this deep mystical truth, and yet here it is in Pauls' own words in the Bible.
Interesting point you made about how Paul refers to him as being Christ Jesus. It makes sense.
I really do enjoy hearing you read and reflect on scripture because I find it helps me to reconnect and see a new perspective. Especially as I haven't been reflecting on it much lately and it feels refreshing

Paul gets a bad press, especially from feminists. But considering his cultural context (both Roman and Jewish very patriarchal) it’s startlingly radical that he should say ‘there me no longer male nor female) and give women and men equal status ‘in Christ’. In my book all is forgiven for that! 🤣 I do enjoy reading your comments! 😊👍🙏❤️
