    Q. Why Maruti cars are unsafe?
Raman Sir: People jump red lights in India.
    Q. Why Maruti is so terrified of Global NCAP that it stopped sending its cars for crash test?
Raman sir: People don’t wear seatbelt.
    Q. Why Maruti offers worst structural strength and tin can like built?
Raman Sir: Pedestrian and Bike riders are more unsafe and no one talks about them.
Excellent serious comedy show by Raman sir. 👏👏👏

Mileage will reduce when cars become safer and stronger because of weight. So, they reduce the engine weight by giving 3 cylinder engines. Then you have reduced drive quality as vibration, noise increase. It is a trade off, you can't eat the cake and have it too.

First of all, it was a great podcast where we all agreed on various aspects of our nation regarding mobility. It was pointed out that Sir CV Raman had a philosophy called Maruti. which focuses on cost-effectiveness and affordability, often resulting in compromising safety measures. There was a slight pause of Sir CV Raman with some inhibition when he asked "Why are you not comfortable with Global NCPA? Although Sir is right too people do not understand what is safety holistically.

I agree with what Raman sir said like if the driver is maintaining all the safety parameters while driving(like sir mentioned) but suddenly another car lost control on the same road and hit the maruti car. Then does their car provide enough safety for the passenger and driver inside. -- I guess not.
But apart from safety, I agree with sir that because of maruti majority of two wheelers shifts to 4 wheeler. Hats to sir on that part

Very Diplomatically answered about safety. If this attitude remains the same it will not take long for Maruti Suzuki India to become the Nokia of Passenger Cars in India.
Logon ko Nasamajh bol ke kub takk apni gaadiyan bechogey aur kitni bech logay ?
People who look for safer cars are the ones who are afraid of other fools on the road unexpectedly hitting them and causing harm.
It's a Shame that Maruti Suzuki as a company is the last to provide safe cars to it's largest customer base in the world.
Maruti Suzuki is no different than Big Tobacco wilfully killing it's Customer.

Thats clearly a immature statement fron ICN
When I study hard, get good grades, I have to showcase that to Company to get a good job.
    Thats what everyone do.
Maruti Suzuki did good R&D in the engine, they do showcase that. And nothing wrong here.
KIA did the same in interior & infotainment , they show that
