Nice design touches like the adjustable angle displays and backlit keys. This is going to be a great addition to the console product line!

      Hi Bryce,
There is a support article here:
      support.etcconnect.com/ETC/Consoles/Eos_Family/Software_and_Programming/Updating_Software_on_an_Eos_Family_Console
Also there is a video that shows where to go to update the software:ruclips.net/video/KDvFxW4Pk48/видео.html
      Hope that helps

Why has it taken this long for backlit keyboards to be built in?? So simple.

It has a Virtuoso look, but has it its efficiency ? ETC consoles aren't so bad in fact, excluding this makeshift trash they call Congo.

He keeps saying Eos.. does he mean Ion?? Because Eos is a software and has nothing to do with backlit keys..

      Hi Matt,
While you are correct that all the Eos Family consoles utilize Eos software, at the time this video was made (2011) Eos was the flagship console of the Eos Family and was subsequently replaced by Eos Ti. Take a look at this link to the legacy Eos console, and you may be able to spot some of the many of the differences between the original Eos console and the Gio as presented here in the video, including non-articulating screens, non-backlit keys. www.etcconnect.com/Products/Legacy/Console/Eos-Family/Eos/Features.aspx.
