@@anelisa333 We have been intimate multiple times since my 2nd activation. We separate after each intimate encounter, but we heal throughout each "separation". It may sound crazy, but we don't really have a reason to "separate" unless we become intimate. That's when my abandonment issues are triggered, and, usually, when I start overthinking and overreacting.
We both had s3x-related traumas. As a result, I became abstinent and he became "sexually liberated". I figured I had to get over feeling "used" after intimacy and he had to stop using s3x as a coping mechanism.

They say that after separation, when DF's kundalini have reached the crown chakra, then DM will return, and they meet with intimacy in the lower chakras, to help DM's kundalini to start rising. Then they separate again for a period, DF jumps up to the crown again, and she pulls DM up a bit up with her, and DM will then alone continue to work his kundalini further upwards, until they meet again later on in the heart chakra! Your video here differs in sence of avoid vs. having intimacy in the lower chakras as DM for the first time comes back after the long separation. 🧡🙏

Hi...it does sound like the Kundalini. It doesn't necessarily have to be sexual energy for symptoms to occur. I would say grounding in before meditation should help.💛
