I love those cheeky little nods to your symbolism. The small leaves, the tattoos/scars on the octopus skin. I believe this octopus is very aware and intelligent and knows where its allegiance lies. It is such a vibrant and beautiful piece! But of course, the creature is in its garden, so it would be vibrant. The octopus could blend with its surroundings in a blink of an eye, I'm sure (color and even shapes), as these creatures can, even in our own earthly world. Do you have a favorite pair of colors, working together? I understand that you are a master painter and as such the colors are your words, used depending on the story you are sharing. But still... is there a particular convergence of "words" that touches you on a deeper level? Thank you, master storyteller!
