- The 16” pipe saddle layout, using a piece of angle iron and a soap stone.
In this episode we are going to be bringing you guys along on a couple different jobs.
First we will travel to the bridge job. On that job we will be laying out what we call clips. Clips are a welded tab to a strap. We have 300+ of those to build.
Next we will be traveling to a job where we will be laying out and building a custom entry way. Come watch us set it up, lay it out and weld.

Love the layout jig . So simple. Feel like an idiot after over 40 yrs of hard way
When I saw it the first time I was thinking g the same thing
Your umbrella is a larger version of those that go in fru-fru cocktails 😀
Yep; 'use that method many times. I'd guess you've helped a lot of, shall I say, pipe welders fairly new to the trade learn a valuable time saving way to saddle. Good job, fellas!
Those Rtic jugs are awesome
Glad to see you still cranking out videos man, always learning something from you
That RTIC jug is the best! They are bombproof and will keep very cold for days on end. Bought three, (1 for myself and 2 for my boys) more than a year ago and couldn't be more happy.
They freaking sweet and I’m sold on them!
Great video as always Jacob! Keep them coming!
Consider yourself lucky!!! Because @ 2:28 your lives were in grave danger. A Swift truck drive by !!!!! 😂😂😂
Buen trabajo hermano 👌💯😱🔥🔥💯💪
Thats a cool trick for the Layout.

I know man sorry. Dang cameras and batteries dying!
nice trick, if your not bleeding, your not working! LOL, the one gallon vacuum bottles are a lifesaver, I carry two daily.

I've been trying to find or come up with a one way breather valve for my gallon jug for couple months now! Just can't seem to find the right hardware.
Yep,that's how you do it...
It sure works good
@@JacobSchofield yeah,it's a pretty old school method that worked just fine then and works just fine now, glad folks didn't forget about it
👍👍
😎
cool stuff brother! beautiful background! yall in Idaho?
Idk. If I had to do a bunch of the same saddles it maybe faster, but as a fitter I kinda wanna time myself doing both. Piece of paper folded 4 times is pretty dam quick.
True... do it on 16” and I would be interested on what you gibdbout
Find out
what rods did yall use?
What are the pipe used for. Doesn't look like anything flows through them
On I watched again. An entry way.
Yea sir it’s entry way.
Did ya keep the deer lol
I like that umbrella you have. Do you know the name and where you purchased it from?
Looks like a pipeliner’s cloud
@@dodgezilla1012 thanks I will look for one.
Definitely a pipe liners cloud worth every penny I own three
I bought one of their chopped carbon fiber hoods and absolutely love it. Those folks make some quality products
May work
It does work
you need some fluff music in between
