Shogun, Pejero, introduced the all-new second generation of the Pajero/Montero/Shogun in 1991 in Japan and started selling it on other markets a year later. (computer model in sri lanka) MK2, V20
Named differently on specific markets, the Pajero/Montero/Shogun received a significant update. While it was still a body-on-frame construction, it featured advanced technologies for its time. Mitsubishi aimed at Toyota's Land Cruiser and had to struggle hard to get a grip on its main competitor's market
Mitsubishi redesigned the Pajeros for a second generation, which debuted in January 1991, although exports did not commence until later in the year. Just about everything was now new and further enhanced. A new, larger body was available in four different versions; Metal Top, Canvas Top Convertible (short wheelbase), Semi High Roof Wagon and High Roof Wagon (long wheelbase). The short wheelbase models were stretched by 70 millimetres (2.8 in) and the long-wheelbase models by 30 millimetres (1.2 in).
The available engines included a 3.0-litre 12-valve SOHC V6 (6G72) with ECI-Multi electronic fuel injection and a 2.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine (4D56T) with an intercooler. The 4D56T used a top-mounted intercooler with an innovative method of providing airflow. Using two hidden scoops at the top of the grille, these guided air through two ducts in the bonnet that merged into one above the intercooler. This unique design provided several benefits. Firstly, by keeping the intercooler top-mounted, the piping was kept short, resulting in less boost lag. The top-mounted position also allowed for greater durability since it wasn't prone to damage from rocks and sticks when off road as front-mounted intercoolers were. Additionally, having a solid bonnet with no traditional intercooler scoop reduced drag and further enhanced durability in dense jungle by preventing branches from trees that brushed across the bonnet from damaging the intercooler fins. While enhancing durability, this method of airflow is less efficient than a standard top-mounted scoop as the air that flowed through these channels was warmed by rising engine heat, reducing the amount of heat the passive airflow could draw from the intercooler's charge air. This design was replaced by a standard top-mounted intercooler scoop in later 4M40 models.

ගොඩක් විස්තර ඇතලත් උන වීඩියෝ එකක්. ගොඩක් ස්තුත්යි !!! ටර්බෝ ගැස් එක රත් වෙන්නේ කොම්ප්‍රෙස් වෙන හින්දට වඩා ටර්බෝ එක වැඩ කරන පිටාර වායුවේ ( Exhaust gas) රස්නේ නිසා කියලයි මම නම් හිතන්නේ!
Compression එක නිසා තමයි. එතනදි වෙන්නෙ, ස්ථිරතාපී ක්‍රියාවලියක්.
මහත්තයා මොඩ්ල් එකේ 7ක් 8ක් වගේ තෙල් කරනවා..පොඩ්ඩක් ගැස්සෙනෝ වැඩියි. ඒ කාලේ හැටියට හොද වාහනයක් ❤️

දැන් මට අවුරුදු 28ක්. මන් පොඩිම කාලේ තාත්ත ගත්තා පලාත් සභා එකක්. ඒ කාලේ ඉඳන් අද වෙනකන් ම ආපු හැම මොඩ්ල් එකක ටම පුදුම ආදරෙයි.
සමහර වාහන තියෙනවා. මොන ඔප්ශන් තියෙන වාහන ආවත්. Lamborghini ferari දැකල තිබ්බත්. තාම දකිද්දි අපේ හිත අපේ පොඩි කාලේ සුන්දර තැන් වලට අරන් යන.
මොන්ටෙරෝ කියන්නේ එහෙම වාහනයක්.
ඒ අතරිනුත් මහත්තයා තමයි මන් කැමතිම වාහනේ. 250 දී දැක්කත් පුදුම ලස්සනක් තියෙන්නේ. Especially Alloy wheel එක

My ever loving vehicle ❤ 😍 You reviewed it very well. Generally explained a lot about the series. 👏👏👏 But through out the video what I felt was you could have select a much better Pajero. There are plenty of well maintained, full loaded and still unchanged vehicles. This vehicle would have placed a cheap attitude on people who really doesn't know about it.

it also affect with the tyre size but if u ask from every owner of a autogear vehicle they will definitely mention this

@@yenukaliyanage4797 try when u drive in give a little throttle upto 60 kmph or lower then get ur foot away from accelerater pedal u feel it is not slowing instaneously as in a auto transmission vehicle its like going in neutral that affect for braking as the full weight of vehicle and the braking force entirely depend on brakes no support from engine braking

Thanks lot for the information.I am a fan of your channel.But I am not critizizing your program.please don't misunderstand.I have v46 of this model. Its an export version. As I know this second generation has three types. One is this one, it starts from 1991 to end of 1993. The other one is v46 , end of 1993 to 1997. Then 1997 - 1999. Those 3, though it appear as same totally different in every aspect.
