Coach I appreciate for the time to take to share how to kick a ping ball. I cannot drive the ball further than forty yards, there has to something wrong the way I make contact with the ball or the way my foot strikes the ball. Do you have another video where you talk about this issue?
Excellent videos. Two questions: 1. When you lock your ankle do you point your toes upward or downward? 2.in order to not hit the ball too high what part of the ball should aim for ?
Whenever I try this technique, the top/inside of my ankle screams of pain. I think it might be me not locking my ankle properly because I’m still tryna find the sweet spot with power. But any tips for this?
happened to me too. i realised that i was focusing a lot on the spin and i didnt use the hard part of my foot which is why it pained. of course the ankle must be locked but i guess the previous line i wrote might help ya
