As far as I know, this backpack is already the right size for carry-on luggage, but not for a personal item. So, it's a good idea to check the carry-on and personal item size limits with your airline to avoid any problems.
Is the material on the Thule Aion not scratched?It seems that its material is not scratch resistant
Yes, the material does get scratched. It's not critical in my opinion, but it is noticeable, especially in this color of the backpack.
