Well you can trigger roll up columns by using Power Automate already, but you’ll need to build a different flow for that

Even better if there is the ability to have three sub-options of showing it in Years only, Years & Months only and lastly in Years, Months & Days.

Let me look up a value from the first row in a filter.
For example.
First(filter(contacts, {condition})).email
There are so maaaaany instances where i implement a lookup column and a power automate to update that column based on some simple condition. Feels wasteful

Big shortcoming: Power FX columns cannot be used in Rollup fields. Please look into this. We desperately need a more modern replacement for Rollup fields.
Make real-time rollup fields a reality and the community will forever be grateful to you
