when writing this comment, i barely started yet, but i would like to say: first of all, this build has an outline at the start, so we can have a clean view of the building. second, it’s clean, pretty affordable, and makes it easy to understand. i do not regret spending 20 minutes making the exact same marking outline :D

i’ve got an idea for a build: you could use this sort of idea for a hotel but make it 2 floors and larger but still within this price range and instead of pools u could have the rooms in the 2nd floor with balconies and then you have room for maybe a larger pool and gym
