I did fabletics for a few months and that helped me get a bunch of pants so I can survive the week without washing a million loads!

Off topic, but I have been wanting to tell you how amazing I think you are, I follow your workouts and while it's not the only thing I've done, I have lost 130lbs in about 2yrs, even my 7yr old daughter loves watching your videos. On a hike the other day she stopped and put her hands on her hips and declared "I LOOK FIT...FIT LIKE WHIT" and then kept hiking. You are my spirit animal guurrl!!!

I struggle a lot with self-image, primarily because I am a college gymnast and used to work out and train 6 days a week... but I tore my ACL + Meniscus in October and was sidelined for the whole year. Your dual focus on mental and physical health is hard to come by in today's fitness world and your attitude is so inspiring! Def got subscriber in me :)

Video idea- an entire video about how you would warmup for each workout day. Ex, how you would warmup for lower body day, how you would warmup for upper body day, ect! And showing all the exercises. I've developed some pain in my elbows and hip tightness from not warming up correctly 😫
