This is done using D5 Render rendering software for architectural visualization. It’s a great RTX 3D render software that saves a ton of time for architects because it helps you achieve the level of detail and realism not available in any other similar software.

As an example why u used D5 instead of lumion in this scene, is it for a particular reason or just switching between from time to time .

I influenced by your lumion tutorials even using d5 render and now you already switch to d5 , i want to ask why you dont use lumion for these interior works. I mean what is unique in lumion or d5 where they are best choice.

I use both. If you notice, I have many interiors rendered in Lumion. This case was the need to quickly "3D sketch" some ideas, and D5 Render has a big library of models ready to go.
