Machar's Chief of Staff arrives in Juba

The waiting game continues for South Sudan. Rebel leader Riek Machar is still to arrive in the capital, Juba - so that the unity government can be formed. He's due to be sworn in as Vice President. It's been a week since his return was expected. [TAKE VO] Machar's Chief of Staff flew in earlier on Monday, so there's some hope that the rebel leader may soon follow. There's been growing international frustration at the delays. Both sides are being blamed. It's being reported that Machar won't be in Juba until Tuesday at the earliest.
