I'm talking about my unprofessional experience at the Shangril product on Boracay Island:- 1- Upon my arrival, I wanted to change the reservation from one room to two rooms, one for me and the other for my friend. Unfortunately, I had to wait for more than 60 minutes for that. “I felt like I was entering an embassy and not a resort.” 2- My friend and I arrived and his room’s phone was not working. The question here is (If we encounter any emergency or my friend wants some services, how will he communicate?) Yes, he will enter my room to use my phone!!!!! Funny and crying at the same time!! 3- The checkout time was at 12 o’clock. I asked them to get only 30 additional minutes, but unfortunately again my request was rejected. This is my first experience here and my last. I learned that brand names may deceive you due to their fame. I am very upset about what happened to me. Resorts always prepare that you are welcome to relax and get a service that makes you very relaxed and not to force you to bargain with your money to get their satisfaction and not to get your own satisfaction...
I will stay in this one day. The villa with infinity pool. Make my words I will be back to comment here after I do
