You are an absolute king for making this. Just found this video and I'm ordering one immediately. Such a pain in the ass dealing with those bolts.

this is how things should be done. one recommendation, since you're having them machined why not have them cut a couple flat spots on the beveled ends flat so people can throw a wrench on the end. slotting the other ends like a tap might be a pimp way to save the money on sending people a tap with each kit.

Noted and may do this if cost isn't too bad. The other option I have considered is simply sending a loc nut with them.

@@KellTrac too late for my i just installed mine with some big bertha bolts :D they really helped with lowering the IRS enough to drill out those rears. I'm just doing the back ones for now because I have a torn bushing and I'm hoping i can avoid additional NVH by letting the front ones remain stock.

When installing my factory bolts back into the car I had turned in the bolts by hand a couple of turns and then sent it up with an impact. Sadly on the way up it felt like it got tight and probably stripped out the nut. Outside of taking the bolt out and running a tap through it and replacing the bolt, what would be a proper fix if the threads aren't saveable? I already have new bolts and a good set of taps ready, but I want to plan for the worst.

Are these no longer available for purchase? Link goes to a page that says they are N/A and they aren't listed on your site anymore?

I recommend a slight design change if possible. All thread bolts are prone to shearing under shock loads which is what this bolt is exposed to. These bolts should have a shoulder which will help the bolt seat properly. //////[[[[[[//////.

Hi Justin, thank you for your suggestion. If these fasteners saw any significant shear load forces we would surely shoulder them, but they do not. 👍

@@KellTrac LOL if you put sheer load on those things you probably totalled your car anyways

I noticed the product is no longer available, is it best just to go back to the Ford dealer & buy the replacement bolts.
After several times of lowering & torquing back down, I feel it best to replace them now.
    Any thoughts?

I’m thinking about getting this kit, my drivers side rear subframe bolt broke and I’m trying to figure out a way to get that part of the bolt out

How do you fix the thread if you accidentally cross threaded the driver side o w you mentioned? What size tap do we need? Thank you in advance!
