Handling and traction is night and day difference compared to 22. Only played it for a few hours, but when compared to the last game, this is a big step up.
Compare it to 22 and it will always be good. Compare it to 2020 and it gets close.

whats difference? does the car feel more heavy (understeery)? or tge car feels lighter and sharp like 2020. honestly inwould prefer it to be like 22...

@@raeyon725 honestly it could be me but i liked the 'heavyness' if cars in 22 like that somehow felt more immersive. in 2020 you can make sudden sharp moves even going at very high speeds with drs open it didnt feel good to drive like that (to me) but in 22 you cant make sudden turns at high speeds you have sort of like a momentum of the car that you need to respect to keep the car on tacing line... so i just asked the question wether thays what has changed from last year
honestly feels awesome so far, cars feel very silky and responsive (which is amazing) and with that it’s much easier to save a slide or if you apply too much throttle. overall it’s worth it 👍🏻

also, ea removed their heart after i mentioned one negative thing. make of that what you will
f1 world is really fun and actual a new gamemode worth playing
the new sounds (engine, skidblock etc) are so much more realistic
kerbs and ers sound cool too
the menu and its graphical overhaul makes the game feel more organised and tidy
night races look much cooler, lighting feels more realistic
this might be my skill issue before but now i feel like i’m much more consistent
one little thing i’m missing: in race director, tyres used are not shown. it’s not a big thing, but it was very neat to see them and gauge what strategy the AI is on. now you have to go to their lap times and figure it out from there
catalunya’s pit lane is broken. the entry is way too bumpy (car goes airborne) and the exit (in my team, as the 11th team) you can’t turn off the pit limiter at the line- only a few meters later
the cutscenes in braking point look stunning, the most realistic graphics i’ve ever seem in any game (especially the characters feel like actual humans)
kerbs in singapore are landmines
huge issue: particles (dirt, dust, rain and mist etc) cause MASSIVE frame drops (especially when viewing a replay)
Yeah but in low speed corners there seems to be a problem with the throttle input i spin most of the time

You have any idea how to get the different liveries for alpine and red bull and stuff or are they not in the game yet?
@@jasonbell2131 they will update the liveries in a later update. They waited also in f1 22 to patch the liveries

For me it is happening too. Not F1 22 like but it is happening. Also, can you tell me if your car feels like it is delivering power poorly mid race. My car is always with a power problem, I have wheelspin through the end of 4th gear. Suggestions?

ive been palying for a couple of hours now and i must say massive improvement from last year, its been a blast so far
I’m getting f1 23 friday so i have to wait for a bit
I’ve got so many glitches,
1: ERS DOESN’T STOP FLICKING ON AND OFF and I can’t control it
2: Lewis Hamilton is not in the driver marked in career mode 😂
From the gameplay that I've seen, the things to fix now are relatively minor this time, like the Ferrari livery (which should look much more saturated, like Charles' helmet), the natural engine note, that should be equal across all cars and lowered, especially for 8th gear, and matte/satin cars looking glossy in the shadows and night when they shouldn't be. I skipped 22, but I might actually buy this!

Bro all you gotta do is give us the ability to change the physical appearance of the car, sidepods, floor, front wing + end plates, rear wing
Frrrr, like in career mode, after a season we should be able to edit the liveries and everything
@@kaithesamurai5943 I would have it that at the start of the season, you choose a sidepods, each with respective weaknesses and strengths.
Then, when you unlock the sidepod upgrade in the aero department, you can change the sidepod again, but that's it. Same with end plates and rear wing, chosen at the start of the season and then kept until an upgrade is unlocked
played it for a few hours already and it feels so good

Feels great so far only problem is that sometimes the ffb ramdomly cuts off and I have to restart the game to get it back are there any fixes yet?

Amazing work, just one small issue, I think the grip around Las Vegas is a lot less compared to other tracks
Don’t forget, Las Vegas will have brand new tarmac for the race, so it makes sense that there is less grip.

Well done Codemasters and EA for changing AND IMPROVING the game's physics after the debacle, the F1 22 was. Please DO NOT change the model! The game, so far, is amazing to play.

And I still think F1 2017 was better as you could do career mode as a real F1 driver.

They had to fix the medium traction problem to stop spinning
The game feels great with no traction control on with controller you still slide but thats if your putting too much throttle, the game feel great BIG improvement from f1 22
Ya I am on controller and like on Bahrain t1 I was slipping and sliding but I was able to correct myself unlike in 22, but it’s prolly because I applied too much throttle like you said

Already throttle bug in time trial Max speed is 280 kph
Only negative is the lack of updates from My Team so far, however the racing and the new handling model is amazing. I’ve have 100x more fun already just racing the AI in my Team and being able the throw the car around without worrying I’m gunna spin everytime, so big ups for the new handling

It’s amazing so far and I am on controller, but you do tend to slide a bit in slow corners like Bahrain turn 1, but you are now able to correct yourself unlike 22

ATTENTION EA: The engineer (RB) push to talk button is not functional when all on screen displays are turned off. Also no MFD (B) when using on Xbox Series X. Both these functions were full functional on F1 2022 when all on screen displays were turned off. Please hot fix or patch asap please.

Y'all are literal NPCs for praising this game. Defo not worth the money. Game is unfinished, yet released. Yes, we made some improvements but charging this amount of money for simply new names, new design on cars is just hillarious. Anyone paying more than 20 quid for this game is beyond stupid

For those who have champions edition please tell me how the game is like, I only have standard edition
It is soooooo much better than 22 I can promise you that, the handling and traction rivals f1 2020 and the graphics are clean, there are a few bugs like Ferrari’s halo but nothing that major, if this game had classic cars it would be the best f1 game ever
