In swedish "A Car" is called "En Bil" and tesla is a car.

how does 16B I/8 L simplify to 2BIL, the maths doesnt make sense there

The B, I and L can stay there. But it's the 16/8 that becomes a 2. That's because 16 divided by 8 is 2.
